Wine Table on Your Wedding Table

July 14, 2009

This past weekend I was out in Fredericksburg, Texas tasting local wines. By the time we covered several wineries we decided to stop at Kelly’s Café for dinner. There we had a choice of the local wines and their table wine. Kelly created his own label at Water 2 Wine. When you think of how you can make your wedding table memorable, think of wine with your own customized label. Your wedding guests can either have the wine during the reception or take it home for keepsake. Take a look at some pictures I took on our trip!

Shrink Your Belly Fat!

January 11, 2009

blue_line Congratulations for those of you who just got engaged and have started to think about their upcoming big wedding day. Wedding days are filled with joy, laughter, new and exciting moments. Like any bride to be, your look is one that is on your mind. A new and chick look!

As we all know we can always loose a little bit more of that belly fat. As stubborn as it is there are two foods that can help you burn it: olive oil and nuts. Olive Oil Nutritional facts: Olive oil is high in monounsaturated fatty acids and antioxidants.

How to use: 1) Toast a slice of whole grain bread and dip it in olive oil. Do not consume more than one tablespoon per day. You can add salt and a hint of black pepper into olive oil to your liking; 2) drizzle over your salad. If you like having olives instead, look for the brine-cured olives, not the canned found at supermarkets.

Nuts Nutritional Facts: In the hierarchy of nuts, walnuts score the highest. It contains higher levels of omega-3 fatty acids compared to other nuts. Besides accelerating your belly fat burn rate it also helps your brain and skin age well.

How to use: 1) eat it as a snack; 2) sprinkle on a salad 3) sprinkle chopped walnuts on your oatmeal or breakfast cereal. If you are not a fan of walnuts, the next best thing is almonds. Do not consume more than a handful a day. Last but not least, having high fiber meals, hydrating yourself correctly, and exercising regularly add to your belly fat burning success.

So brides, we hope that these tips will arm you against that hard to get rid of belly fat. Work hard and look good in your wedding video.
